I have always loved baking, since being a child.

There's nothing more satisfying than mixing ingredients together and creating something wonderful.

Well, except the taste! 

As a child, I loved baking with my mum, having fun together and enjoying those precious memories - and I'll never forget the joy I'd feel sitting down to eat the bakes we made together.

Still today, I add that same love and care in to every single one of my bakes - only now they look much better than what I made aged 6...

During the pandemic, I began baking for the community and was overwhelmed with the positive reaction my bakes got. 

In January 2024 (Now in my 30s) I decided to follow my dream of opening a baking business with a further dream of one day having a bakery of my own.
